Nonresidents: Elementary Interdistrict Transfers

Core Knowledge K – 6

Residency status – Available to nonresidents, if there is space on campus
Tuition – $1,500 per year for students coming in from out of district, if space is available. Tuition is due in summer prior to school starting.
Admission application deadline - The window for transfer requests is: the first day back to school in January each year to the last Friday of February. All paperwork to be filled out in the office of the Assistant Superintendent of Elementary Administration, not on individual campuses.
Academic prerequisites – None

Spanish Immersion

Residency status - Available to nonresidents after all spots have been filled by resident students.
Tuition – $1,500 per year for students coming in from out of district, if space is available.
Admission application deadline – If there are available spots after in-district applications are processed, this information will be posted on the Web site in April.
Academic prerequisites - Screening measures are in place for reading aptitude and teacher assessment of student's ability to focus.

Suzuki Strings

Residency status - Available to students who transfer in, but is limited to the available slots that a teacher at the Suzuki campuses may have open.
Tuition – $1,500 per year for students coming in from out of district, if space is available.
Admission application deadline - There is an admission window for the Suzuki Strings program.  That time is January through mid-February. Specific information may be obtained through the office of the Assistant Superintendent of Elementary Administration.
Academic prerequisites - None
