Superintendent of Schools Dr. Gene Buinger hosted the "Open World Russia Program" delegation this spring. This was the second group of Russians to visit HEB ISD this year through the District's membership in the World Affairs Council of Dallas/Fort Worth. The group spent time in the Administration Building, LD Bell High School, and KEYS Learning Center to find out about support services and programs available to students in the United States.
