Board Recognizes National Merit Students
The Board of Trustees recognized five high school seniors who have been named National Merit Semifinalists. They were part of an original group of more than one million juniors to take the PSAT qualifying test last year. The semifinalists are the highest scoring entrants in each state on the PSAT national merit qualifying test and are among the top one percent of students in the country. Twenty-four more students will be honored for their excellent PSAT scores at next month's board meeting.
