Ms. Miller's and Ms. Lopez's prekindergarten students at Spring Garden Elementary took a guided tour of the school's kitchen. Mimi Bolger, the cafeteria's manager, introduced the students to commercial-size equipment, such as double stack convection ovens, combi oven, large skillets, huge sinks, and the walk-in freezer!
