Just a few days before the winter break the Dallas Morning News visited Hindi and Arabic classes offered at Central Junior High School. These classes, as well as Mandarin Chinese classes, are offered through the International Business Initiative program. Students in Tamara Haddad’s class were discussing food and beverages of Morocco.
