Representatives from Lincoln Technical Institute brought NASCAR driver David Starr to HEB ISD's Technical Education Center, along with Starr's #5 AdvoCare car. Students in several classes stopped by to hear the driver speak about working hard to turn a passion into a career. Starr stayed through most of the day to give Mr. Foote's Automative Technology class and Mr. Stevens' Auto Collision class an extended opportunity to check out the car and ask questions.
