State Senator Wendy Davis Visits HEB ISD

Senator Wendy Davis of District 10 (center, gray suit) paid a recent visit to the HEB ISD administration offices. As a member of the Senate Committee on Education, Davis was in HEB ISD to learn about its many successes, including being named the top district in Texas by Education Resource Group (ERG).Representatives from ERG were on hand to explain their methodology to Davis, and Dr. Gene Buinger, superintendent of schools, gave Davis background information on the District's ability over the years to receive, and maintain, the top spot in the state.
