RSS News Feed
RSS is a free technology that lets you view news from many sites in a single place, saving you time over the alternative: checking every site one at a time.
Tools calls RSS readers let you specify which websites' news feeds you want to subscribe to and then let you peruse the news in an easy-to-use way. To subscribe to a site's news feed, you usually copy the web address of a feed, then paste it into a form on your RSS reader.

Twitter is a free communication tool that lets friends, family, and co-workers share the parts of their life that happen between typical phone calls, meetings, and get togethers. Twitter is also used professionally by many businesses and organizations (including many school districts) to share organizational news.
