Planning Ahead to Avoid Problems

Recently, we needed some items mounted in our Human Resources Conference Room. Quirt Davis and Mike Rohmer from our Maintenance Department showed up bright and early one morning last month to complete the project. They were so customer-oriented; they discovered some unforeseen obstacles with our request and asked several team members to come assist them. They asked us a series of questions, offered us several possible solutions, and then came back later in the day with additional suggestions. They thought of some issues we had never even considered. Had they simply completed the project as it was originally requested we would NOT have been happy with the finished project. They recognized some possible issues in advance and went above and beyond to ensure that the project was completed to our satisfaction. As a result of their problem solving, we ended up with a more functional HR Conference Room which will benefit the Department and the employees.

These are the type of employees who make HEB ISD a wonderful working environment. Our HR team is so thankful for the foresight and excellence these two men bring to their work each day.
