Bedford Junior High Bronco students stayed after school for Maker Club last month to craft their very own stomp rockets. They engineered their launcher and rockets out of common materials like paper, 2 liter bottles, bicycle tire tubes, and PVC pipe. With very little direction from their sponsors, the students were able to create products that soared to great heights in our Bronco courtyard. The students used teamwork and vast amounts of innovative thinking to build and rebuild their launchers and rockets to fly high. Maker Club occurs once a month at Bedford and has produced much excitement from Bronco students. Mr. Martinak and the Bronco Library are so proud of our Maker Club students hard work and excitement to MAKE great things! We can't wait to see what the kids do next month!
