| The Hurst Junior High Varsity Girls Choir and the H.E.B. Honor Choir are participating in a concert to benefit the women of Afghanistan. The concert will be at 3pm, Sunday, March 24, Broadway Baptist Church in Fort Worth, 305 West Broadway Avenue.
The purpose of the concert is to raise money for the Revolutionary Association of the Women of Afghanistan. The R.A.W.A. aids the women and children of Afghanistan by providing health care, education, orphanage facilities, refugee support, and by being an outspoken voice for equality and democracy. The suggested donation for entry into the concert is $10. One hundred percent of proceeds will benefit R.A.W.A. |
