HEB ISD welcomes foreign exchange students who are at least sixteen years old to enroll at L.D. Bell or Trinity High School, based on district guidelines. Organizations sponsoring exchange students must re-apply annually with the district for students to be approved for placement. Host families must also complete and pass a district background check for the process to proceed.
