2100 Plaza Parkway - Bond 23 Updates
On July 28, 2025, the HEB ISD Board of Trustees named the building at 2100 Plaza Parkway the Debbie Williams Activity Center.
Construction Plan
The building at 2100 Plaza Parkway is in solid condition and does not need to be torn down or rebuilt. Instead, the work to prepare the building includes renovations, repairs, and repurposing spaces to fit the needs of HEB ISD's programs.
Construction work is estimated to be completed by March 2025, then district staff will be able to work on moving programs or offices into the finished spaces.
Update: This construction project was completed in May 2025.

In November 2023, HEB ISD voters approved a bond that included a proposal to build a new Bell Manor Elementary campus at the site of the FEW Center. HEB ISD acquired the 2100 Plaza Parkway property to efficiently support programs -- like gymnastics -- displaced by this work.
