Annual Report & TAPR

The Texas Education Code requires school districts to publish an annual report that includes the TAPR (Texas Academic Performance Report), campus performance objectives, and more.

Note: It is normal for report dates to not reflect the current school year or fiscal year. For many reports, the most current data available is for the previous school year or the twice-previous school year.

Texas Performance Reporting System

The Texas Performance Reporting System (TPRS) -- which provides detailed results at the school, district, region, and state levels -- includes performance and participation information previously unreleased in the Texas Academic Performance Reports (TAPR). The TPRS also presents detailed results for several postsecondary readiness indicators, including the Texas Success Initiative (TSI) and reports results for AP/IB exams and the SAT/ACT by subject area. While districts are not required to announce or distribute the TPRS to their boards of trustees or local communities, they may choose to provide a link to the TPRS on their websites.

The Texas Performance Reporting System (TPRS) reports are available at http://tea.texas.gov/tprs.aspx.
