HEB ISD Bond Series rated 'AA+'

Fitch Ratings has assigned a 'AA+' to HEB ISD's refunding bonds scheduled to price during the week of March 22, 2021.

Fitch says HEB ISD has maintained financial stability through past challenging economic environments, garnering an 'aaa' operating performance assessment. The full report finds that HEB ISD's budgeting is "conservative" and management is "proactive" toward limiting the issuance of debt.
