Order A Transcript

Starting June 11, transcripts can be ordered but will not be processed until July 6.

Transcript Costs:

As of October 29, 2025, transcript costs are:

  • $8.00 for current students
  • $12.00 for alumni
  • $40.00 for third-party companies. 

Hours Available for Transcript Pick up:

You can pick up your transcript in person at the Pat May Center. Please call first to make an appointment with the Records Specialist at 817-399-2051. Walk-in appointments are not available.

The Pat May Center is located behind the HEB ISD Administration Building at 1849 Central Drive, Bedford, TX. The Pat May Center's main entrance faces Pennington Field stadium from across the large parking lot.

Instructions

If you are a business/employer and only need to verbally verify a person's graduation date, please call us @ 817-399-2051. No fee is charged for verification, but a signed release form from the former student may be required as part of the process.

If you are a current student who needs a transcript, please visit your school's Counseling Office.

If you are an alumni, the fastest way to request and receive your transcript is by ordering online with the Parchment.com links below. You can pay with a credit or debit card through Parchment.com.

If you are an alumni and are unable to order a transcript online, you may instead request a transcript from our District office:
