Tuition & Due Dates

ACH Draft Dates for Extended Day Academy 2026-2027

  • August tuition (1 of 10 installments + $25 supply  fee) to be drafted on 08/03/2026: $225
  • September tuition (2 of 10 installments) to be drafted on 09/03/2026: $200
  • October tuition (3 of 10 installments) to be drafted on 10/05/2026: $200
  • November tuition (4 of 10 installments) to be drafted on 11/03/2026: $200
  • December tuition (5 of 10 installments) to be drafted on 12/03/2026: $200
  • January tuition (6 of 10 installments) to be drafted on 01/04/2027: $200
  • February tuition (7 of 10 installments) to be drafted on 02/03/2027: $200
  • March tuition (8 of 10 installments) to be drafted on 03/03/2027: $200
  • April tuition (9 of 10 installments) to be drafted on 04/05/2027: $200
  • May tuition (10 of 10 installments) to be drafted on 05/03/2027: $200

All payments will be drafted on the 3rd of each month for the amount listed according to the tuition calendar. If the 3rd falls on a weekend the payment will be drafted on the first business day following the 3rd. 

Procare payments made through the website are due on the 1st of each month.  There is a 3% fee to pay through the website each month.

For HEB ISD employees ONLY:

  • Payroll deductions will be taken out  for the upcoming months tuition due the 1st of each month  
  • Payroll Deductions Forms must be turned in when you register
