2025-2026 School Year

Eligible children must be FOUR years of age on/before September 1, of the current school year.

2026-2027 School Year

The registration link will open on April 1, 2026.

Documentation for Enrollment

• Birth Certificate (original or certified copy)
• Immunization Records
• Social Security Card (if available)
• Proof of District Residency
  • Current utility bill (gas/water/electricity) with parent's or guardian's name and address
  • Current lease agreement with parent's or guardian's name and address. Must have the first and last page of the lease agreement. 

The following documents are needed to determine eligibility for free State-Based Pre-K.

• Proof of Income
  • Current pay stub with gross income for all household members
  • Tax Return (if Self Employed)
  • Proof of Food Stamp/TANF
    • Public Assistance Award Letter (Food stamp/TANF letter indicating current amount & dates)
• Proof of military service for active duty military parent(s)
• Proof of Foster Care/State Adoption 
• Proof of Star of Texas Award
