Tuition-Based Pre-K

Tuition-Based Pre-K is a full-day program for HEB ISD students who are 4 years old by September 1st.

  • Families do not need to live within HEB ISD boundaries to enroll a child in the tuition-based program.  
  • Enrollment will be determined by an interest form, first come first serve. 
  • First month's tuition payment ($650) is required upon acceptance into the program to reserve the student's spot.
  • The $6,500 annual tuition is payable based on the current calendar school days, regardless of the number of school days of service in any particular month. A monthly payment schedule is available. Prompt tuition payment is required each month to maintain your child's placement.
  • Tuition-Based seats are offered at every elementary school. 
  • The Pre-K Program will follow the HEB ISD school calendar.
    • School day hours are 7:45 a.m.- 3:05 p.m., with drop-off as early as 7:30 a.m.
  • HEB ISD Extended Day Academy
    • (3:05–6:00pm) available on campus, at extra charge. (817-399-2093)
  • Breakfast and lunch available at extra charge or a child may bring sack lunch from home.
  • No District transportation is provided

Application & Process

In years past, we have used a lottery system for our Tuition-based program. Starting the 26-27 school year we will be using a tuition-based interest form. If you are interested in a tuition-based seat, you will complete the form, and we will place those students on a first-come, first-served basis. The form will be categorized in the order you completed it. 

The Pre-K interest form will be sent to families who have completed the enrollment portion of registration. This link will be emailed starting Monday, April 20, 2026.
