Logo Requests

Use this form to request digital files depicting HEB ISD logos or mascots.

HEB ISD Staff: If a vendor needs an official District or school logo, ask them to complete this form themselves. This lets the vendor explain exactly what type of file they need, and helps protect us from vendors misusing our logos. If you need a logo for your own use (for example, on documents you are creating for work), you may fill out this form or send an email to the address below.

Vendors and external organizations: Permission to use HEB ISD logos is granted on a case-by-case basis. To request use of official district or school logos, this online form must be completed. A principal (or their staff designee) must already have authorized any use of a school logo.

Plan ahead! Reasonable notice should be given for logo requests -- expect a minimum of one full business day.
