Student Ambassadors

The HEB ISD Student Ambassadors are a select group of students chosen through an application and interview process to be the "Face of the District." This select group of 10 to 15 student leaders will be trained to assist with important public relations and communications services at HEB ISD.

Ambassadors will be given the opportunity to positively promote HEB ISD while developing leadership skills through interacting with new students and families, school staff and faculty, and the local community. They will represent the Hurst-Euless-Bedford Independent School District at various school and community activities, in addition to assisting with the district's executive leadership team. The program seeks students from diverse backgrounds who are enthusiastic and who demonstrate exceptional communication and leadership skills.

 

Application Process

If you're interested in becoming a Student Ambassador for the 2026-2027 school year, the application window will be open from April 1, 2026, to April 27, 2026. You can find detailed qualifications and selection process information directly in the Student Ambassador Application online form. 

The Student Ambassador application contains THREE parts. All three parts of the application must be submitted by Monday, April 27th, 2026.

  • Part 1: Student Application

    • Note that the application has multiple requirements that may take time to prepare, like a one-minute video and multiple short answer/essay questions.

    • We recommend that you prepare parts of this application in a separate file/document -- such as your reference information, "About Me" responses, essay responses, and one-minute video -- then copy and paste them into this form when you are ready to submit.
  • Part 2: One Recommendation Letter from an HEB ISD teacher or staff member
  • Part 3: One Reference Form from a Coach/Sponsor/Supervisor
