The mission of the HEB ISD Research and Evaluation department is to advance HEB ISD’s mission by delivering rigorous research, meaningful data analysis, and clear insights that guide strategic decision-making, evaluate program effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement. This role empowers district and campus leaders through accessible data tools, collaborative support, and aligned reporting that ensures progress toward the Strategic Plan and improved outcomes for all students.
