Student Computers & Devices
In HEB ISD, students have access to a district-provided computer device. Based on the student's grade level or the programs a student participates in, that device could be a Chromebook, an iPad, or a different type of device. For families who do not have Internet access at home, we can provide a WiFi "hotspot", which allows the student's computer/device to connect to the Internet.
Back-to-School 2020: Device distribution will be handled by each school. Parents, please make sure you have completed the registration process, so the school has your email address. Schools will begin sending information/instructions to parents in the first weeks of August.
Technology Agreement: To borrow a device, the parent and student must complete the Technology Student/Parent Device Agreement 2020-2021

When contacting the Helpdesk please leave a name and call back number so we can contact you about your issue. Helpdesk hours are Monday – Thursday 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
