Registration information for returning parents for 2022-2023 school year: Returning Student Snap Codes will be emailed on July 11, 2022. Please be sure your school has your correct email address.

Elementary and Secondary registrations are different. Please see details specific to your student’s grade in the How to Register section, below.

Register a Pre-kindergarten student
Information about Pre-K for next school year (2022-2023)
- Pre-K Kickoff is April 4, 2022 6:30 PM at All HEB ISD Elementary Schools
- Pre-K Qualification/Registration Day will be July 26, 2022, 8 AM - 1 PM. At least one parent/legal guardian must attend.

Register an Elementary student (K-6th grade)
Information for Next School Year (2022-2023)
- Kindergarten Kickoff was held May 2, 2022, 6:30 PM at all HEB ISD Elementary Schools. You can view the information on our Kindergarten Kickoff webpage.
- Link for online registration forms will open July 12, 2022
- Elementary New Student Registration Day will be July 27, 2022, 8 AM - 5 PM. At least one parent/legal guardian must attend.
- Late Registration – contact your school office to schedule
- Instructions to register a NEW elementary student (2022-2023)
Note: Please register as early as possible. Once a school reaches class capacity for any grade level, the school will locate a class seat in another school in the district. If required, transportation is provided to the overflow school.

Register a Junior High student (7th-9th grade)
In HEB ISD, junior high is grades 7, 8, and 9.

"Returning" vs. "New"
- "Returning students" are any students who were enrolled in any HEB ISD school on the last day of the 2021-2022 school year. (This includes incoming 7th graders who attended any HEB ISD elementary school.)
- "New students" are any students not enrolled in an HEB ISD school on the last day of the 2021-2022 school year.

Register a High School student (10th-12th grade)
In HEB ISD, high school is grades 10, 11, and 12.

HEB ISD is open to all students who live within district boundaries and who meet state eligibility requirements. Parents should register at the neighborhood school serving their residential address.
