    For elementary & secondary students:

    Rising Stars GT Summer Academy (Advanced Academics) - a unique, hands-on learning opportunity for gifted students entering 6th, 7th and 8th grades in fall 2019.

    Sports Summer Camps (Althetics) Develop your skills in sports like football, basketball, soccer, gymnastics, and more. Different camps have programs for different grade levels of students.

    Startalk Summer Academy (Global Initiatives) - Learn about Hindi, Mandarin Chinese, and Arabic and explore world culture. For students entering 6th-7th grade, students at intermediate level from 8th-11th grade may apply.

    Summer Dining (Child Nutrition Department) - Each summer, select HEB ISD locations provide free meals for children.

    Summer School Programs (Curriculum Department) - These are the programs people usually think of as "summer school", including Credit Advancement & Credit Recovery plus Elementary Student Success and Student Success Initiative, Early Language Proficiency, and Accelerated Instruction for EOC.

    Summer Reading Assignments for Advanced Classes (Advanced Academics) - summer reading assignments for advanced academics classes, including Pre-AP, AP, pre-IB, IB, and GT, for 6th grade through 12th grade


    For elementary students:

    Camp Invention (Advanced Academics) - One-week camp for identified gifted and talented students who will be in grades 1-5 this fall.

    STEM Summer Camp (STEM Department) - Explorations in science, technology, engineering, and math. For current 3rd-6th grade students.


    For secondary students:

    Camp Connect (Career & Technical Education) - experience the Career and Technical Education programs available in HEB ISD high schools. For students entering 8th grade (and 9th graders who missed the opportunity the previous year).
