The Community Folder is the electronic communication that shares flyers from non-school groups and organizations. As a service to the Hurst-Euless-Bedford ISD students, parents and community, the district provides the Community Folder for non-school groups or organizations to post information that may be of interest or a benefit to students and families. This method of communication is a convenient way to connect our schools to our community.
Information for the Community Folder is submitted to and approved by the Public Relations and Marketing Department. All flyers to be shared from an outside organization must fall under the criteria listed in the HEB ISD school Board Policy GKDA Local “Limitations on Content”. If you would like to post information on this page, please complete our Request Form for Flyer Distribution.
Once your request is submitted, please email your flyer and a copy of your non-profit 501(c)(3) tax ID (if it applies to your business) to firstname.lastname@example.org . You will receive notice of approval/decline on or before close of business of the following week. Upon approval, flyers will place in an Adopter or Non-Adopter folder below.
