Elementary and Secondary registrations are different. Please see details specific to your student’s grade in the How to Register section, below.
Online registration forms are now open for New & Returning Students for the 2026-2027 school year:
New Student Online Registration - Use this link for students who were not enrolled in HEB ISD on the last school day of 2025-2026
Returning Student Registration - Parents of returning students received emails on July 13, 2026 with a instructions and a link to setup their Skyward Family Access Account. If you do not have these emails or have questions, please contact the front office at the school your child wishes to attend.

HEB ISD is open to all students who live within district boundaries and who meet state eligibility requirements. Parents should register at the neighborhood school serving their residential address.
The district also accepts out-of-district transfers through the district's Schools of Choice program; visit our Transfer page for more information.
