New Library Materials Website (SB 13)

HEB ISD has launched a new library materials website in alignment with Senate Bill 13 of the 89th Texas Legislature. On this website, families can view library collections, see what books your student checks out, and request limits on materials. New book requests will also be posted online for 30 days to allow public review and comments.

This website is part of our commitment to transparency, parental rights, and compliance with state law. In addition to the link above, you can also find these resources by searching our website, or through our website navigation menu under “Departments” then “STEM & School Libraries” and access it at your convenience.
