Required Posting: Public Hearing for 2025–2026 Bellaire Elementary Targeted Improvement Plan

In accordance with Texas Education Code §§ 39A.055(3) and 39A.057, the Hurst-Euless-Bedford Independent School District will hold a Public Hearing to present and discuss the 2025–2026 Targeted Improvement Plan (TIP) for Bellaire Elementary, as identified by the Texas Education Agency (TEA) for required school improvement planning.

The Targeted Improvement Plan represents HEB ISD’s ongoing commitment to continuous growth and academic excellence. Developed collaboratively by campus and district leadership teams, the plan aligns with the Effective Schools Framework (ESF) and outlines targeted goals, evidence-based strategies, and progress monitoring systems that will support student learning and achievement.

The Public Hearing will be held during the Regular Board Meeting on Tuesday, January 20, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at the Hurst-Euless-Bedford ISD Administration Building, 1849 Central Drive, Bedford, Texas 76022.

The purpose of this hearing is to provide transparency, share the district’s strategies for strengthening instructional outcomes, and invite input from parents, staff, and community members prior to Board consideration.

The proposed 2025–2026 Targeted Improvement Plan will be posted on the HEB ISD website at www.hebisd.edu prior to the hearing.
