The District's goal in succession planning is to develop leaders who are ready to serve in a wide range of leadership positions at the campus and central office level. Current HEB ISD employees can apply to join the LEAD HEB program, which explores the concepts, commitment, culture, and opportunities for leadership in HEB ISD.

Application Window: 8:00 a.m. January 23, 2023 – 4:00 p.m. February 23, 2023. No applications will be accepted after 4:00 p.m. on February 23, 2023.
