Letter to HEB ISD Parents: Return to Learn & Registration

(This letter is also being emailed to returning parents.)

To our HEB ISD Students, Parents, and Families:

I hope you are having a fun and safe summer. As your family begins preparing for the new school year, I want to share information that may be helpful:

Return to Learn

HEB ISD will return to traditional, in-person learning for all students and will not offer an online option for the 2021-2022 school year. Masks are optional for students, staff, and visitors at all district facilities and on district buses. We will continue to focus on hygiene best practices to limit the spread of all communicable illnesses -- these practices include frequent cleaning and sanitation, basic hygiene training and reminders for students and staff, and setting an expectation to not come to school or work if you are ill or experiencing potential symptoms of COVID-19.

For more details, please visit our Return to Learn Plan for the 2021-2022 school year:

Parents of returning students received an email on July 8 with the “Snapcode” and links needed to begin registration online.

Registration for students who are new to HEB ISD will begin July 15, 2021; links to new student registration forms will be posted on our website that evening.

More information (including instructions if you did not receive the “snapcode” email) can be found on our HEB ISD Registration webpage:

Don’t forget that you can still participate in summer reading activities -- there is more information at and at the city libraries of Hurst, Euless, and Bedford.

We are excited to see your students again soon and to continue HEB ISD’s tradition of excellence with you in the 2021-2022 school year.
