Manuel is a first-class employee. He runs a smooth operation at the warehouse and all of his staff are so courteous. The day before our Senior Awards, our counseling office ran out of white card stock. I called Manuel, he had a case available. The counselor offered to pick it up. I submitted the request and not 20 minutes later one of the men on his staff was here delivering it! We can always count on them to go above and beyond with a smile and kind word!
